What is the difference between falsetto and head voice?

and I don't mean just women, like what is the difference between the MALE falsetto and the FEMALE head voice... because when i sing (i'm a male), my chest voice generally covers the bass clef, but i have this kinda head voice thing, it's not breathy, but it does resonate around my head which goes up to a high G in the treble clef, then I have my falsetto, then whistle register, I realized that my falsetto sounds like what people are calling the head voice for females, soooo is there a difference?
