Why does Michelle Bachman continue to announce she's running for President when we already know?

She keeps trying to grab the limelight....and now she finally is as we are finding out the darling of the Tea Party folks actually has a farm, on which she is listed as a partner that recieved north of $200,000 in government handouts. She says she didn't get any of the money, but her 2009 and 2010 tax returns list 15,000 and $50,000 as amounts she recieved from that business, so I guess she HAS financially benefitted from subsidies from the government
