How much will my tattoo cost and hurt?

I'm getting my first tattoo done for my 18th birthday...I'm having a treble clef and a base clef upside down to form a heart behind my right ear..it's not that big, about 1" by 1" and I'm just having it in black. How much will it cost (UK) and how much will it hurt??
