I am 8 months pregnant. last nigth as i was taking my bath i got hold of something long ang white at the clef?

last night as i was taking my bath i got hold of something white and long just outside my anus. it looks like a thread but it doesn't feel like one, it was flat and hollow, i worry, was it a parasitic worm?
