Do people only learn TAB these days?

I play heavy metal/rock guitar as well as jazz and classical (I plan on studying guitar at music college) and I have learned tab, charts, and traditional sheet music. It really depends on what style you are playing. Tab is more common for rock and more "contemporary" genres, while the traditional stuff is used for classical.
