How do you read the grand staff while playing the piano?

I have the same problem. But I am working at it and getting better. The best thing you can do is read your pieces all the way through before correcting yourself. If you get into the habit of going back and playing a part again every time you make a mistake, you will never learn to read fluently. Another thing you can do is go to a href="http://www.musictheory.net/exercises/note/xyayayaya999b" rel="nofollow"http://www.musictheory.net/exercises/not…/a and do that exercise for a while. It has helped me.
