Have you ever made fun of someone with a cleft lip or judge him ugly?

I mean be honest, like i had a cleft lip and now just the scar wich has and will remain and i've received comments saying that "it looks ugly, having a cleft lip scar", i've heard comments too saying that "people with a clef are UGLY and STUPID" wich is the worst comment i've heard, obviously comming from and ignorant and stupid person, but i wanna know if you think someone like this could be like good looking or beatiful, cause i've seen like a lot of beatiful girls with a CL scar and you barely notice the problem they had...
