Late 90's early 2000's kids show?

Ok I remember this show from when I was little, I think it aired on PBS early on Saturday mornings around 2003 area...it was with ocean creatures and I remember it told the story of Jesus but with a whale who saved the reef from the Red Tide...I can't remember the name and I can't find it anywhere...please help??
