Is there a search box code for websites that eliminates the results page?

I'm creating a special website and I want to incorporate a different kind of navigation into it. Basically what I want it to be is a "search box" but when you type in the right "keywords," instead of being taken to a page of search results, you'll be taken immediately to the specific page you're trying to access. And if you type in words that aren't keywords, nothing will load up (just an error page). Is something like that possible?
