If you dropped the latest hydrogen bomb into the pacific ocean..would it cause a "Tsunami"?

Relative to a tsunami, the resulting wave would resemble a bathtub ripple. And no, there is no scientifically plausible way it could create hurricane which requires warm conditions over a large area of ocean.
