I need music theory help bad!! My brain is fried!!?

PLEASE HELP ME!!! Okay so I am getting a masters in Voice, and Dance, with a minor in German, clearly this is towards a career as an Opera performer.I am taking music theory, and my homework is to compose a one octave chromatic scale on the bass clef with the letter name and the sollfeg syllables.. I only know the treble clef from playing the clarinet for seven years, and I play the guitar... Still I am going crazy trying to find this out, he gives us the first note, and then we have to figure out the rest of the notes within that one octave chromatic scale, the first note is a G# on the bass clef, and it's driving me crazy, please help me!!!!!
